RVC Venture Fund Da Vinci Pre-IPO Withdraws Global Fintech Solutions Platform

The Prytek Group of Companies acquired the stake in fintech integrator Global Fintech Solutions (GFS) from Da Vinci Pre-IPO Fund. According to the results of the transaction, Prytek will receive a majority stake and control over operational management, and Da Vinci Capital, through other structures, will remain a minority shareholder. Da Vinci Capital is a leading private equity fund in emerging markets, created with the assistance of RVC capital.

Established in 2017, GFS is engaged in the transfer of global financial technologies to developing markets. The company acquires exclusive licenses for comprehensive technology products to further transfer technology to markets with low penetration and high growth potential.

Oleg Zhelezko, Managing Partner, Da Vinci Capital
We made one of the fastest exits in our history since we invested in GFS only in 2018. Partial exit allows us to take profit on investments and show profitability, which is currently the key for any fund manager. In our view, the financial technology market remains one of the largest and fastest-growing markets in the world, and we look at it optimistically.
Alexey Basov, Deputy General Director-Investment Director, RVC
Da Vinci Pre-IPO is a fund managed by a professional team with extensive experience and expertise. Among the most significant transactions of the fund, except for investments in GFS, are investments in Gett taxi ordering service, B2B-Center electronic trading system, Softline, a global IT services provider, which has already placed two issues of bonds for 3.7 billion roubles. We are pleased that the joint work brings results that have a positive effect on building confidence in the Russian venture capital market.
