Inter-agency task force that implements National Technology Initiative (NTI) affiliated to the Governmental committee for economy modernization and innovative development of Russia approved support of two high technology projects.
RVC and the Government of the Sverdlovsk region agreed on the cooperation in the field of development of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) projects. The agreement was signed by the deputy Governor of Sverdlovsk region Aleksey Orlov and deputy general director — director of innovation structure development of RVC Mikhail Antonov within the framework of opening of the first in the region "Boiling Point".
From 25 to 30 of November, in the Republic of Korea, a business mission for the participants of the priority project of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation "Development of the innovation clusters - leaders of the investment attractiveness of the global level" with organizational support of RVC and Association of Innovation Regions of Russia.
NTI Ecosystem: Strategy of the Future forum organized by RVC was held in Sochi. Heads of the development institutions and task forces of the National technology Initiative spoke at the plenary meeting. The interdepartmental working group on the implementation of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) under the Government Commission for the Modernization of the Economy and Innovative Development of Russia approved the support of three high-tech projects. The state will assist with the developments in the markets of the Circle Movement and Avtonet.
The Corporate Accelerator GenerationS from RVC has become the best in the The Best Corporate Accelerator nomination at the Corporate Startup Summit 2018 International Forum, having surpassed the shortlisted F10 FinTech Incubator & Accelerator from Switzerland and ProSiebenSat.1 Accelerator from Germany.
RVC, the Skolkovo Foundation and ASI summed up the results of the collection of applications for the participation in Up Great technological contests “The first Element. Ground” and “The first Element. Air”. The prize fund of the competition will amount to RUB 200M, the names of the winners will be announced in 2019.
A hackathon organized by the NTI Olympiad together with the search and rescue squad “Lisa Alert” took place in Moscow. Schoolchildren aged 13–17 developed within the hackathon a number of digital solutions to simplify the search for missing people.
The Corporate accelerator GenerationS from RVC and Kazakhstani start-up accelerator Dar Group Limited (DAR Lab) LLP agreed to cooperate in the development of innovative startups in the field of logistics — companies will exchange information on new technological solutions, invite start-ups of Dar Group Limited to participate in accelerators in Russia and GenerationS startups — in Kazakhstan.
RVC and the Government of Perm Krai agreed on a partnership in the field of the National Technology Initiative (NTI). The corresponding agreement was signed at the Interregional Export Forum in Perm by the governor of Prikamye, Maxim Reshetnikov, and Alexander Povalko, the General Director of RVC.

As many as 38,359 schoolchildren from 430 cities of Russia applied for participation in the “Olympiad of the National Technology Initiative” (NTI Olympiad) of the 2018/19 school year, organized by RVC and ASI together with the largest Russian universities.
More than 1,800 schools in 412 cities have applied for a class from the National Technology Initiative. The largest number of schools that included a lesson in the program in St. Petersburg is 240 educational institutions.
On October 17, within the framework of the International Forum “Open Innovations”, RVC and the Foundation for Support of Social Projects (FPSP) entered into an agreement aimed at developing a long-term partnership in the field of social entrepreneurship.
RVC and the Korean electric power company LSIS agreed on the exchange of technology innovations in the field of equipment, software, engineering and services of the market of electric power systems as part of the implementation of the roadmap of the National Energy Initiative. RVC Innovation Infrastructure Development Director Mikhail Antonov and Technical Vice President of LSIS Kwon Bon Hyun signed the corresponding memorandum at the Open Innovations International Forum.
