The program covers a wide range of practical problems at all stages of the "funnel" of a supporting organization — from search, attraction and generation of projects up to building partnerships with corporations and government agencies. Participants will analyse the internal processes of infrastructure organizations and their business models, will get acquainted with successful formats and tools for the development of start-ups, will consider the examples of working with start-up community in the region. Also, the participants will have the opportunity to meet each other, share experiences and agree on cooperation.
Fifty experts will attend the program from 15 cities, including Ufa, Saransk, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, Perm, Krasnodar, Yaroslavl, Tomsk, Vologda, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg and Moscow. More than 30 experts of the market will give their speeches, including employees from RVC, Skolkovo, FRII, HSE, SberBank, Google and Microsoft.
Education is built in a part-time format. The full-time part of the program consists of two training intensives in Moscow, the part-time includes remote consultations and webinars. Throughout the training, the participants will receive advice from the leading experts in the field of incubation and acceleration, which will help with the solution of specific problems.
Upon completion of training, the participants with the support of the program mentors will work out a strategic plan for the development of their own organizations, including target indicators. The program experts will assist in implementing strategies and monitoring the dynamics of metrics — the number of applications, residents, and partnership arrangements.
