RVC, Ruselectronics Holding and Moscow Technological University MIREA have entered into a trilateral Agreement aimed at cooperation in the field of high technology entrepreneurship. The document was signed by the acting CEO of RVC Evgeniy Kuznetsov, General Director of JSC Ruselectronics Igor Kozlov and Rector of MIREA Stanislav Kudzh at the International Military Technical Forum ARMY-2016.
RVC, Ruselectronics and MIREA will join their effort to support high technology entrepreneurship, creation of the efficient service infrastructure and financial instruments and also to ensure growth of competences in the field of innovation entrepreneurship.
The Parties have agreed to support high technology developments with growth potential in Russia and abroad and are planning events to promote technologies and products on civil markets. The creation and development of service infrastructure involving the parties' resources and external sources is expected as well.
Joint effort will also focus on development of financial support mechanisms for business. The Agreement implies consulting support in technology transfer and commercialization of results of intellectual activity including with the use of opportunities offered by venture fund with RVC participation.
For the purpose of development of innovation ecosystems in universities and scientific centers, support to ecosystem participants related to development of regulatory, procedural and legal base will be provided. The parties will also focus on holding of the events that will help to promote economy based on knowledge, technology entrepreneurship and venture investments. Besides, development and implementation of joint educational programs is planned.
One of the agreement provisions became development of corporate acceleration instruments through participation of Ruselectronics experts in the GenerationS federal accelerator and selection of the projects for the company and collection of applications from MIREA entrepreneurship teams.

The certain events related to cooperation development will be held based on annual and perspective (for a period of 5 years) work programs. The joint task force will be created within the framework of cooperation in order to implement the tasks.
