RVC and MIPT have joined forces to implement joint projects aimed to provide integrated support to Russian innovation ecosystem.
RVC and the National Research Nuclear University "MIPT" concluded a cooperation agreement and drafted the Work program for 2016-2018 . The documents were signed by the acting CEO of RVC Eugeny Kuznetsov and rector of MIPT Mikhail Strikhanov.
The agreement strives to comprehensively develop Russian innovation ecosystem: namely, to support high-tech enterprises, create conditions for emergence of innovative business, to establish transparent financial mechanisms aimed at supporting innovative business.
The two organizations will largely cooperate on implementing joint innovation education and entrepreneurship, information and advisory activities. Particularly, the parties plan for joint educational initiatives, which include the development and implementation of training programs for highly qualified personnel , the training programs for young entrepreneurs in the leading innovative companies, as well as training of specialists for development of innovation ecosystems. The university plans to organize seminars and workshops for research startups and launch additional education programs.
This partnership will accumulate efforts to construct and develop an efficient innovation infrastructure, conduct research of high-tech developments, able to flourish on the innovation and technology markets. Moreover RVC and MIPT will assist small innovative companies in promoting their products in Russia and abroad.
Under the National Technology Initiative, the University will be engaged in creating technology, personnel and innovative companies in the areas of new industries. The roadmaps of NTI markets also have room for MIPT projects. Furthermore, the cooperation envisages activities on promoting technology transfer in the field of high-tech developments, which should lead to the launch and try-out of several pilot projects.
MIPT shows best how efficiently university and corporation can correlate. This cooperation is not limited to the sector of the nuclear industry, it also spans such fields as biomedicine, cybernetic systems, electronics, photonics and spintronic, which are currently relevant for the National Technology Initiative. In this sense, the agreement with the National Research Nuclear University "MIPT" is of strategic importance — said the Acting CEO of RVC, Yevgeny Kuznetsov. — Implementation of joint programs will attract investment, encourage entrepreneurial initiatives, accelerate the commercialization of research results and bring high-demand and high-tech products to the market.

The agreement with RVC will combine our expertise in education and entrepreneurship, orient science and education towards applying the results of scientific and experimental research in business area. Aided by RVC, we plan to stimulate the commercialization of intellectual products created by the University minds.
