The Deputy President-Chairman of the Management Board of the VTB bank Olga Dergunova and RVC CEO Alexandr Povalko executed an agreement of accelerator start at SPIEF-2018. The projects that develop solutions for financial and finance-related sector in the field of big data, artificial intelligence, biometry, blockchain, internet of things, business process digitalization, AR-VR and other.
Bank experts and GenerationS will select 40 projects for free participation in the accelerator. IT, finance, marketing, sales and patent specialists will work with them. Mentors will help to start-ups elaborate and improve their solutions during the acceleration program. Accelerator winners will be able to start pilot projects with VTB and to claim for investments and partnership with the bank.
Applications can be submitted from May 24, to August 31. The expertise will be performed till the end of September, start-ups will pass through the face-to-face selection from October 15 to 20. In March 2019, the accelerator will announce the winners.
In April, GenerationS start-up accelerator representative told to Inc., that RVC would refuse industrial accelerators for the corporate ones. Corporate accelerators will be aimed at implementation of innovations in the technological companies and at attraction of the private investments to the venture market.
