The implementation of the Road Map provides for the establishment, development and promotion of advanced technologies, products and services to Russian companies formed on the global markets. The HealthNet Roadmap of the National Technology Initiative approved by the presidium of the Presidential Council on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia. This was reported on the website of the Cabinet.
"The Road Map has been approved by the presidium of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation for economic modernization and innovative development of Russia. The presidium meeting on this issue took place on December 20, 2016," said in the statement. The main directions of its implementation include information technology in medicine, medical genetics, biomedicine, sport and health, preventive medicine and healthy longevity.
"The implementation of the HealthNet Road Map provides: creation, development and promotion of advanced technologies, products and services of Russian companies to the formed global markets; the gradual improvement of the legal framework in order to remove barriers for the use of advanced technology solutions and creation of a system of incentives for their implementation; improvement of the education system to provide prospective staffing needs of developing companies, scientific and creative teams involved in the creation of new global markets", according to the website of the Cabinet.
The implementation process will take place in three stages: at the first stage (2017-2019), the necessary development infrastructure of small companies on the HealthNet market will be created, which will ensure the flow of high-tech developments and solutions. The second stage (2020-2025) provides for the establishment of infrastructure for medium-sized companies: updating of the legal framework in connection with the advent of new technologies, changes in the system of education and support of access of Russian companies to the international markets. At the third stage (2026-2035), long-term projects will be implemented, including replication of technology solutions, as well as a full-fledged launch of the projects of the first and second stages.
It is expected that through these measures, by 2035, five Russian companies operating in the HealthNet segments of the market will be among the first 70 companies in the world in this market in terms of sales, and 70% of products and services made and rendered in the framework of program will have a full production cycle in Russia.
