"Island 10-21" is the first in Russia educational project for intensive training of the personnel for digital economy and National Technology Initiative. "Island 10-21" intensive training will be held in July at the island Russian (Vladivostok) based on FEFU campus. "Island 10-21" program is an experiment because the organizers gather the most motivated people of different ages. Thus, 1000 people from all over the country will participate in the project, they include technological entrepreneurs, data analysts, engineers, students, talented scholars, regional and federal officers. Lecturers, mentors and tutors for the participants will be holders of competences and best educational practices, necessary to develop digital economy. The project is aimed at development of competences in all participants in the field of digital technologies and cross-industry technologies in combination with skills in personal and team performance management. With these competences, technologies and use techniques, the project participants will become leaders in technological changes and the most demanded specialists on the labour market for technological companies, public corporations, large industrial enterprises, regional and federal projects management teams, will be able to create and develop successful technological projects on their own, as intensive training organizers say.

In order to develop new approaches to training of the up-to-date skills, according to the expert, it is necessary to implement several steps. The first step — avoidance of intermedium: competence bearers should train those who want to adopt them directly. Organizers of "Island 10-21" set the task to determine what people can get competences and how to motivate them correctly. According to Dmitry Peskov, it is necessary to know many things about project participants; that is why we need to learn how to collect information about them, that do not reflect their education results, but allow working with their motivation, attention management — with the skills that are considered impossible to train.
Conditions of stay the "Island" will challenge everyone. Thus, not less than 10 educational hours a day in highly intensive mode without a break are waiting for the participants — as the organizers estimated, only four hours will be left for sleep. Moreover, the organizers will constantly collect information about how the students cope with the tasks, when their pulse increases, what grades they get from the other participants, they will also document attention parameters by measuring pupils size and many other factors that will help organizers offer to the participants the most optimal competences for them. In other words, all choices, steps and activities made by them, form their digital footprint that will certify new competences. All achievements will be documented and upon the participant's desire, stores in the data bank available to all most respected employers and technological teams of the country.
Nevertheless, not only development of new competences is waiting for the participants at the island Russian - the project will provide an opportunity to manage carrier trajectories. According to Dmitry Peskov, the organizers will select the candidates to positions in authorities, development institutions, technological start-ups and other places and offer career development. One of the technologies that will be used at the "Island 10-21" is digital footprint and digital profile of a person (the thing one thousand participants will graduate with instead of paper diploma or a certificate of passing through the intensive training). Digital footprint in its turn is conformation of the competences necessary for work in digital economy and received by the project participants for 10 days of participation.
Process of digital data collection was included by the organizers in the participants selection procedure and now the first candidates pass through the different test formats, questioning and games that determine human motivation, his personal qualities and what he can do. A personal educational track will be created for each participant where he will get competences necessary exactly to him. The base for selection is artificial intelligence algorithms that reveal in what competences a person matches those leaders who also come to the project. The analogous principle will be used to select those who will teach. Despite the organizers have already invited representatives of the leading technology companies, universities and entrepreneurs, the open enrolment is set up and any bearer of the educational practice that can be confirmed can come.
Any Russian citizen can pass though the testing. Based on the results of two-hour testing that is carried out in a free game form (a candidate will have to answer the questions of a chat-bot of one of the popular messengers), for every participant, a system will issue personal recommendations for further development, for example, what online courses (free and paid) are necessary to liquidate competences deficiency, what books to use in training. The service is provided to everyone until May 12. The organizers also notice: if the testing results reveal candidate's talent in one sphere, and rating in all other fields will be lower than the others have, he can still be selected, as we are interested not only in those who is good in all directions, but also those who demonstrate vivid talent in one of the industries (communication, data, emotional intelligence and other).

"X-labs" — laboratories that help individually or in a team get involved in making solutions of the current tasks in the field of cross industry technologies (big data, artificial intelligence, distributed register systems, new and portable power energy sources, new production technologies, wireless connection technologies, virtual and augmented reality, sensory and robotics components).
"Digital GTO" — short-term intensive courses make it possible to quickly get and demonstrate skills in use of the digital instruments.
"Thinking Clubs" — technologies of system thinking, solving inventory tasks, future design and forecasting, activity modelling and work with the projects.

Submit your application for participation and pass through the testing on the website. The first stage will last until May 12; test tasks can be passed through in any order. The participants who successfully pass through the first stage tests will get to the second stage. The second stage will determine the winners, it will be held on May 15-26. Following the results of the second stage 1000 people will be invited to participate in the project «Island 10-21» and will proceed to preparations for the future educational intensive training at the island Russian.
