On Thursday at Saint-Petersburg International Economy Forum, Russian Venture Company (RVC) and the Government of Samara Region have entered into an agreement on realisation of the National Technology Initiative in the region territory, RVC press-service reports.
On April 27, GenerationS technical start-up accelerator final was held. Organizers named the winners of the scheduled enrolment that shared the prize fund of 16 million roubles, three grants from the Innovation Promotion Fund in total for 6 million roubles and got special prizes from the partners.
Innovation Promotion Fund is a grant-partner of GenerationS technology start-up accelerator by RVC will provide grants of 2 million roubles to three participants of Dual Technologies and Fintech tracks for research and development as well as experimental development.
RVC together with economy faculty of M.V. Lomonosov's MSU and ITMO university developed educational course "Innovation economy and technological entrepreneurship" to be included in the educational programs of the universities.

In Moscow, DemoDay of GenerationS technology start-up accelerator in "Media" direction was held. The winners are two start-up teams from Moscow and Astrakhan that will participate in GenerationS final on April 27.
On April 13, within the framework of the Krasnoyarsk economic forum, Russian Venture Company and Government of Krasnoyarsk Region signed an agreement on development of the innovation activity on the region territory including implementation of the National Technology Initiative and the program Digital Economy of the Russian Federation.
