Strategic development of the national innovation system

Objective of "Strategic development of the national innovation system" track is further development of RVC as one of the leading intellectual centers in the field of innovation, scientific and technology development with the help of:

1) creation of new smart products — analytic and methodological materials, participation in preparation of strategic planning documents;
2) active interaction with the key innovation system participants and providing them with the necessary information, consulting, methodological and service support within the framework of strategic partnerships;
3) comprehensive promotion of the RVC smart products and development of competence of the innovation system participants.

One of the key results of RVC activities within this direction should be development of strategic agenda and specific proposals for various aspects of innovation, scientific and technological policy as well as public support of the corresponding initiatives.


1. Ensure efficient participation in development of innovation, scientific and technological policy on the federal and regional levels.

2. Ensure development of the strategic partners’ network for innovation activity in Russia.

3. Ensure distribution of progressive ideas and key competences in the field of development of science, technology and innovation.

4. Provide support to implementation of the National technology initiative.
