On October 21–23, the VIII International Forum “Open Innovations” was held at the Skolkovo Innovation Centre. The event traditionally brings together technology entrepreneurs, scientists, experts, and corporate representatives from around the world to discuss global trends, share experiences, and build new tools for international cooperation in the field of innovation.
The 2019 forum topic is “Digital Nation. Transfer to the Intellectual Economy”. The program is built around three elements: digital man, smart economics, and future technologies.
As part of the business program, more than 200 events took place - panel sessions, conferences, round table talks, presentations of innovative projects and programs. At the StartUp station and iMarket space, young entrepreneurs will present their technology projects.

Joint session of the RVC and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation
called "High Season for EdTech. What to invest in education?” is about investment strategies of leading funds focusing on edtech, flourishing business models, and prospects of national educational projects.
The exhibition area of the forum includes the space of Russian technological solutions iMarket. More than 20 innovative technology companies at the exhibition represented by the RVC: Data Delivery, Kosima, NaukaSoft Experimental Workshop, BVS, ExoAtlet, NeuroTrend, Geoscan, and others.

The exposition of the Russian Venture Company is a connection hub for the state and business, science and expert communities, resources and competencies, initiatives and technologies.
In the business program, the stand hosted debates about the trends of the Russian venture market, possibilities for the development and application of end-to-end technologies (artificial intelligence, big data, the Internet of Things), technological barriers and how to overcome them by participants and partners of the Up Great contests.
