1991 — graduated from the Economics Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University , majoring in Planning of the National Economy.
From 1994 to 2002 — Project manager, Client-manager of the consulting company PAKK. Led some projects on modelling, optimisation and regulation of business processes, designing corporate governance systems, developing the systems of key performance indicators.
From 2002 to 2012 — Executive Director of the consulting company PAKK.
From 2013 to 2017 — Deputy Director of the project office of SKOLKOVO Moscow School of Management. Took an active part in the implementation of the project to improve the competitiveness of leading Russian universities among the world’s leading research and educational centres (Project 5-100).
Since 2017 — Deputy General Director — Executive Director, a member of the Management Board of RVC.
