Technology Analysis and Assessment

In order to implement various forms of support for NTIs and coordinate these activities with new state policy instruments in the area of stimulating innovation, the development of technological expertise competencies will be carried out through work with professional experts in the technological field.

The results of the work of experts will be used in the current activities of RVC JSC in the framework of the NTI and in order to structure the long-term agenda of the company, including through the development of technological analytics and standardization..

Technology entrepreneurs, representatives of leading universities and research centres, business associations of the country, development institutions, as well as representatives of expert communities and federal executive bodies will be able to identify promising technology markets, participating in the NTI working groups, and taking a direct part in creating a strategy for the venture market.

Technical Committee 194 "Cyber-Physical Systems" (TC 194)

RVC performs the functions of supporting the affairs of the secretariat of the technical committee 194 “Cyber-physical systems” (TC 194), created by order of the Federal Agency for Technological Regulation and Metrology dated March 27, 2017. No. 642. TC 194 is a form of cooperation between interested representatives of federal executive bodies, state corporations, executive bodies of constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities, scientific organizations, including those operating in the field of standardization, manufacturers, performers, and public associations of consumers.

National Innovation Report

Since 2015, RVC, together with relevant ministries and leading analytical centres, has been developing an annual “National Report on Innovations in Russia”. As part of its preparation, the authors evaluate the current state of the innovation environment, conduct an audit of the applied innovation policy tools, and offer recommendations for their more fine-tuning and optimization.
