LSIS is a world leader in the field of power supply, automation and green technologies. The global network consists of more than 20 foreign branches and subsidiaries. The equipment is produced at 9 factories in Korea and abroad. It exists since 1974. Its representative office in Moscow opened in April 2014.


Moscow, a city of federal significance (Central FD)

An agreement between JSC RVC, the Government of Moscow and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives dated May 25, 2018 on comprehensive support for the National Technology Initiative (NTI) projects implemented in the capital, as well as the involvement of Moscow companies in the NTI ecosystem.


NMGK Group

NMGK Group is a vertically integrated holding, which includes oil and fat mills in Nizhny Novgorod and Samara, oil extraction plants and elevators in the Volgograd, Samara, Orenburg and Saratov regions and in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The holding’s main products are mayonnaise, ketchup, sauces, margarine, spreads, snacks, food ingredients for the confectionery industry, toilet and laundry soap, as well as sunflower oil and meal. The main consumer brands of the company are Ryaba mayonnaise, Astoria sauces and ketchups, Hozyayushka margarine, Stepanovna fried seeds, Moi Malysh and Monpari soap. NMGK takes the leading positions at the Russian mayonnaise, sauce, margarine and spread markets. The company is included in the list of systemic companies of the Russian Federation.


North Ossetian State University. K.L. Khetagurova

The North Ossetian State University named after KL Khetagurov is one of the oldest educational and scientific complexes of the North Caucasus Federal District. Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation is a Russian diversified holding company, one of the leaders of the global nuclear technology market. Russian Export Center (REC) is a state export support institute created with the support of the Government of the Russian Federation. The center is a “single window” for working with exporters in the field of financial and non-financial support measures, including interaction with relevant ministries and departments.

Sberbank PJSC is the largest bank in Russia and one of the leading global financial institutions. Sberbank accounts for about a third of the assets of the entire Russian banking sector. Skolkovo Foundation

The Skolkovo Foundation is a non-profit organization established on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation in September 2010. The Fund aims to mobilize Russian resources in the field of modern applied research through the creation of an enabling environment for research and development in five priority areas of technological development: energy efficiency, space, biomedicine, nuclear and computer technologies. The Foundation has been entrusted with the management of the project to create the Skolkovo Innovation Center, which activities are regulated by a special law that provides participating companies with special economic conditions. An important part of the Skolkovo ecosystem is a research university – the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech), created and functioning with the support of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


St. Petersburg, a city of federal significance (North-West FD)

An agreement between JSC RVC and the Government of St. Petersburg dated July 11, 2018 on the implementation of projects and programs in the field of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) and digital development, promotion of technological entrepreneurship, development of venture capital investment and the innovation ecosystem in the city.


STLC

State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) is the largest leasing company in Russia. It leases air, water and railway transport, automobile and special equipment for domestic enterprises of the transport industry, and also carries out investment activities in order to develop the transport infrastructure of Russia. The sole shareholder of the company is the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.


The Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR)

The Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) is an association of constituent entities of the Russian Federation formed to support and promote innovative economic, scientific, technical and educational projects. The Association was established with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development, Rusnano, the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (RANEPA) on May 10, 2010. The Association includes 14 most innovative regions: Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Mordovia, Republic of Tatarstan, Altai Territory, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Perm Territory, Irkutsk Region, Kaluga Region, Lipetsk Region, Novosibirsk Region, Samara Region, Tomsk Region, Tyumen Region and Ulyanovsk Region.


The Chelyabinsk Region (Ural FD)

An agreement between JSC RVC and the Government of the Chelyabinsk Region dated December 25, 2018 on the implementation of the National Technology Initiative (NTI), projects and programs of the digital economy, the development of the innovation ecosystem, and the promotion of technological entrepreneurship and venture capital investment in the region.


The Far Eastern Federal University

The Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) is one of the largest universities in the Far East of Russia, an academic outpost of the country in the Asia-Pacific Region, an intellectual, educational, design and analytical center located on Russky Island on the shores of Ayaks Bay. The university’s partner network includes universities and research centers in Japan, South Korea, China and other APR countries.


The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere (Innovation Promotion Foundation)

The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere (Innovation Promotion Foundation) is a state non-profit organization that supports small innovative enterprises and young innovators. It implements programs aimed at creating new and developing existing high-tech companies, commercializing the results of scientific and technical activities, attracting investments in the sphere of small innovative entrepreneurship, creating new jobs. The Fund representatives work in more than 70 regions of Russia.


The Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs

The Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs was created to provide financial and non-financial support for the nanotechnology and related high-tech sectors of the economy through the formation and development of an innovation infrastructure, the creation of a market of qualified personnel and a vocational education system, as well as institutional and informational assistance to promote technological solutions and finished products to the market.


The Industry Development Fund

The Industry Development Fund was established for the modernization of Russian industry, the organization of new industries and the provision of import substitution. The Fund offers preferential conditions for co-financing projects aimed at developing new high-tech products, technical re-equipment and the creation of competitive industries based on the best available technologies.


The Internet Initiatives Development Fund

The Internet Initiatives Development Fund is a Russian venture capital fund established by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives at the suggestion of Vladimir Putin. The fund provides investments to technology companies in the early stages of development, conducts acceleration programs and participates in the development of methods for the legal regulation of the venture capital industry.


The Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT)

The Korean Institute for the Development of Technology (KIAT) is the Institute for the Development of Technological Policy under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea. KIAT was established in 2009 in accordance with the Law on the Development of Industrial Technologies, through the merger of six public technological institutes. The development institute includes seven divisions engaged in the development of industry, materials and components, international cooperation, technology commercialization, support for regional industry and enterprises with high potential, as well as the formation of technology policy. As an authorized organization of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea, KIAT promotes Korean industrial technology to the next level of development.


The Lomonosov Moscow State University

It is one of the oldest and largest classical universities in Russia, one of the centers of national science and culture. It includes 15 research institutes, 41 faculties, more than 300 departments and 5 branches (including four foreign ones in the CIS countries). The university enrolls about 35 thousand students in undergraduate programs, specialties and graduate programs, 5 thousand graduate students, doctoral students, aspirants and 10 thousand students of preparatory departments. The faculties and research centers employ 4 thousand professors and teachers, about 5 thousand scientific workers.


The Moscow Exchange Group

The Moscow Exchange Group includes the Moscow Exchange PJSC, which manages Russia’s only multi-functional exchange platform for trading stocks, bonds, derivatives, currency, money market instruments and commodities. The Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology

It is a Russian national research university of mostly technical direction. A distinctive feature of the educational process at MIPT is the “Physics and Technology System”, aimed at preparing scientists and engineers to work in the newest areas of applied and theoretical physics, applied mathematics.


The Novgorod Region (North-Western FD)

An agreement between JSC RVC and the Government of the Novgorod Region dated October 17, 2017 on the development of projects in the field of the National Technology Initiatives and the replenishment of the Projects Piloting Factory of the National Technology Initiative in the Novgorod Region with five new projects.


The Perm Krai (Volga FD)

An agreement between JSC RVC and the Government of the Perm Territory dated November 21, 2018 on the implementation in the region of projects and programs in the field of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) and digital development, training of personnel for high-tech markets, the development of venture investment and the innovation ecosystem in the Perm Krai.


The Republic of Sakha (Far Eastern FD)

An agreement between JSC RVC and the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) dated September 11, 2018 on the implementation of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) and projects in the digital economy in the region.


The Russian Foundation for Basic Research

The purpose of the RFBR is the competitive support of fundamental research works, designed to build new relations between scientists and the state. The main objective of the Foundation is to conduct a competitive selection of the best scientific projects from among those that are presented to the Foundation by scientists on their own initiative, and the subsequent organizational and financial provision of the supported projects.


The Russian Science Foundation

The Russian Science Foundation. The purpose of the RSF is financial and organizational support for basic research and exploratory research, the training of scientific personnel, and the development of research teams that hold leading positions in a particular field of science.


The Samara Region (Volga FD)

An agreement between RVC JSC and the Government of the Samara Region dated 24 May, 2018 on the implementation of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) in the region, the development of the innovation ecosystem and the promotion of technological entrepreneurship.


The Social Projects Support Fund

The Social Projects Support Fund was established with the aim of developing the environment of social projects and social entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation through acceleration and concessional financing.


The St. Petersburg National Research University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics (ITMO University)

An agreement between JSC RVC and the Government of the Sverdlovsk Region dated December 14, 2018 on cooperation in the development of projects of the National Technology Initiative (NTI), which provides for the search, selection and development of projects for promising NTI markets – unmanned vehicles, neurotechnologies, intellectual energy, personalized medicine, etc. in the Sverdlovsk Region.


The Tomsk Polytechnic University

The Tomsk Polytechnic University is the leading technical university in the country. It was founded in 1896 as the Tomsk Technological Institute of Practical Engineers of Emperor Nicholas II. It became the first engineering university in the Asian part of the country. Today, TPU is in the top 10 universities of Russia and the top 400 universities in the world.


The Venture Committee of the All-China Association of Financial Assistance to the Development of Science and Technology

The Venture Committee of the All-China Association of Financial Assistance to the Development of Science and Technology is a non-profit organization and the only national venture capital entity registered by the Ministry of Civil Administration of the PRC. The task of the committee is to unite venture organizations across the country in order to improve their interaction, provide state support and promote the successful development of venture entrepreneurship in the field of high-tech industries.
